Shipping Policy

we aim to deliver your favorite skincare products quickly and safely right to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number.


2. Shipping Time

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days within major cities.

Remote Areas: 5–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and location.


3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above 2000 PKR.

For orders below 2000 PKR, a flat delivery fee of 200 PKR will apply.


4. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the order number sent via email/SMS once the package is dispatched.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or you suspect it’s lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Address Changes

Once an order is confirmed, address changes can only be made within 6 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, changes are not possible.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. (If you plan to expand internationally, we can modify this section.)
