we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our skincare products. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products.
However, we gladly accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.
You will be required to share clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
Once verified, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
2. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The item must be unused and unopened in its original packaging.
We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened or used products
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
Free gifts or samples
4. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the return is approved.
